Relationship Manager- Capital Markets, Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF and Financial Products

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate/Executive to play a key role in driving business growth by converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will focus on selling Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and other financial products. The role involves calling leads, building relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert leads provided by the company into sales
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Promote Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and other financial products
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide personalized financial recommendations
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales revenue)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client experience
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services/brokerage industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and other financial products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP) preferred
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and software
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
